How to Order Medals and Trophies for a Whole Team
Ordering for a whole squad is mostly about getting the numbers and wording right before you start. This is the order we'd suggest.
1. Count everyone
Players, plus anyone else who should get something: coaches, helpers, the referee. Add one or two spares if names are still changing.
2. Set a budget per player
Decide what you can spend on each squad medal or trophy, then a separate amount for each individual award such as Players’ Player or Top Scorer.
3. Keep it in one store
We have four stores, each with its own basket and delivery charge. Choosing everything from one store means one checkout and one delivery charge. The team order planner builds a complete order from each store so you can compare totals and pick one.
4. Gather the engraving
Collect names and spellings in one list before you order. Keep the wording the same on every squad medal so they look like a set (see how much engraving fits).
5. Order in good time
Engraving is done to order, and spring and December are busy. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate, so check it against your presentation date and order early if you can.
